Originally from Georgia, but now residing in the great state of Wisconsin with my husband Ethan, and our black lab Oakley.

Human connection has always fascinated me and that is something I strive to display through my work.. as your photographer I will capture the moments that are yours.. the twinkle in your eye when you see your groom for the first time, the tears mom is going to cry when she helps you into your wedding dress and all the liquid courage dance moves. With connection being such a huge part of my being.. I invest 110% into every client that I get the privilege of working with. Not only do I want you to feel comfortable in front of my camera, I want you to walk away having made a new best friend.

I’ll be honest with you. I’m probably going to cry when you read your vows and will readily have tissues available for the both of us.

I am a photographer for the adventurous, laid back couples who aren’t afraid to let loose, love messy hair and who are genuinely in love. I’ll meet you on the dance floor when Shania Twain plays, be your sanity when you need more, and make sure you EXPERIENCE your wedding day, not just attend it.

I’m all about traveling and I will pack a bag in a heartbeat to tell your story if you promise me chips + salsa and a beer when I arrive!

Sold out for Jesus, HUGE foodie, dance party advocate, book worm, beer-drinker and experience chaser. Oh, and your new bffl.

moment
I believe some of the best medicines for life are dancing in the kitchen, being barefoot, traveling to new places, a cup of warm tea,
Jesus, puppy cuddles,
oh and a new tattoo.

second home
I never expected to love the north as much as I do but it truly has become my second home. Don't get me wrong, I do my best to try and fly south with the birds in the winter time. Ya girl don't like the cold.
pro tip:
Get the corn. Every time.
Some of my favorite things about living in the midwest:

1. The MN State Fair; need I explain more?

(Beer, food, live music, SWEET MARTHA.)

2. All the hiking opportunities!

3. Bass Fishing.

I moved north in 2008 and it is true what they say: “You can take the girl out of the south, but you’ll never take the south out of the girl.”

Home is a place where you have a greater sense of self, and to me that is exactly what Georgia is.. Me.

Something happens in my heart every time I pass over that Georgia state line, sink my toes into warm sand, drink a glass of sweet tea, or sit at the kitchen table in my nanny’s home. It truly is God’s country and my southern roots run deep into my soul.
clients becoming friends
We will be a great fit if:

1. You want to break traditional “requirements” to make your wedding day completely genuine to yourselves.

2. You are a laid-back, fun, go with the flow, adventurous couple who cares more about marrying the love of your life, than you do throwing a party.

3. You jam out to Shania Twain at the top of your lungs.

4. Basically if you’re just a really cool person who wants to have fun while making memories that will last you a lifetime.
i'll be the one
bustling your dress, buying you a shot, finding extra tissues for your parents. I’ll ensure we make time for the “must have” photos. I will hype you up when I see you in your wedding dress for the first time, (which I hope is before the wedding because I don’t wanna wait that long, so please send pics!!). But most importantly, because I wanna be your new bffl.
